Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada, a famous Afghan American actor in the United States has been in numerous television shows. Her birthplace was in Kabul Afghanistan her family fled her home country for the US and were granted the right to stay in the US as asylum seekers. The family lived as a child in Northern Virginia and is the youngest of two sisters. Ghanizada made her debut on the television industry by starring in National Commercials. Ghanizada was awarded the prize for most outstanding actress in the 2004 film festival for her performance in the Laura Neri movie A Kiss on the Nose. She took on the role Chiara.
